Counselling & Wellbeing

Specialist support for emotional
wellbeing and recovery.

Our free and confidential counselling and psychotherapy services support people experiencing trauma, anxiety, isolation or emotional distress.

Our experienced team provides a safe space to be heard, process difficult experiences and begin moving forward.

Women’s Services

A welcoming space to connect,
participate and feel part of a community.

Our women’s services create opportunities to meet others, build confidence, develop skills and reduce isolation.

Mentoring

Practical, personal support to help
you move forward.

Our one to one mentoring helps people navigate life in the UK, build confidence, develop skills and make new connections.

Mentors work alongside each person on the goals that matter to them, helping them take practical steps towards greater independence.

Advice & Practical Support

Sometimes the biggest difference
comes from knowing where to turn.

We provide practical guidance, advocacy and connections to other organisations and services, helping people navigate unfamiliar systems and access the support available to them.
